Instead, a neodymium magnet moves across a Hall sensor, with the data processed in real time by a dedicated ARM Cortex processor. Signal fidelity is maintained through an all-analog path that avoids common tone loss issues. The discrete Class-A input stage feeds a high-headroom preamp running internally at 30 volts, offering up to 120 dB of dynamic range. This ensures consistency in input and output impedance across the entire volume sweep, preserving the clarity and full frequency response of your instrument, even at lower settings. Whether you’re driving a high-output active pickup or a vintage single-coil, the signal remains punchy and uncolored.
