The Beam Splitter V2 builds up its original's "trereo" distortion tracking experience with new playability functions and features for summoning warped effect mixes.

Following up the original Beam Splitter, the Beam Splitter V2 centers its triple-barreled distortion effect sound made for replicating the unique textures of multi-tracked guitars. Three independent drive circuits – one hard-clipping, one soft/hard clipping, and one transistor-based – introduce a varied mix of distortion tones capable of being run in mono, mono-to-stereo, stereo, or "trereo." These three drives blend and breathe for an intriguing mix of tones, all fully authentic and analog with precise digital controls!

Where things really kick off is with the Beam Splitter V2 with its independent delay circuits that allow for multi-tracking-esque offsetting. These subtle shifts in time introduce studio-style chorus, flange, and phase effects that make the Beam Splitter V2 an experience all its own. From there, the pedal's unique routing capabilities bring the image into full 3D with controls for shaping its stereo spread and creating off-the-wall stereo tricks. The studio experience is pushed further with 1/8" MIDI control connections, USB-C output, a reduced noise floor, expression control over any setting, and onboard preset slots.
