Carrying on a lot of what made its predecessor so beloved, the Float V2 begins with two analog filter effect engines. Each of these two expressive filters are shaped through envelopes or LFOs – staying still or moving around in regimented shapes, random shapes, or in response to input thresholds. These two filters flow one into the other to create vivid filtered shapes and sounds that break out of the bounds of your usual filter tones. Shape the depth, shape, volume, and rate of these filters for unique, regimented dual filtering, unwieldy collisions, something in between, or anything else you can dream up! The Float V2's two filters can sync together with different shapes (or be desynced) for all-new filtered mixes sure to stir up excitement.

This upgraded version of the Float features a wide array of functions to elevate the whole experience. Classic Old Blood bells and whistles manifest throughout the Float V2 like their auxiliary footswitch for tap tempo, expression control over any main knob parameter, and 1/8" MIDI connections for remote MIDI control and tempo sync. The Float V2's vast tonal palette is saved through its onboard three-slot preset effect bank, with even more slots available via MIDI.
