This Old Blood Noise Excess Distortion Chorus/Delay is in excellent condition and does not come with the box.

The Excess is a hybrid distortion stompbox from Old Blood Noise Endeavors. It features a distortion circuit with controls for volume, tone, and gain - and a unique chorus/delay circuit that allows the user to A/B between the two effects - which share a volume, rate, and depth control stack. The two effects can be run in series or parallel to maximize blending capabilities. The Excess has plenty of gain on tap for a raunchy distortion tone. Besides conventionally using the chorus or delay side of the pedal, by maxing out the feedback of the delay you can use the modulation as a harmonizer, by using the rate control to dial in the proper interval.
