Description
The Old Blood Noise Flat Light is truly something to marvel at. The Flat Light is sort of a flanger but not really, its built around the foundation of flanging, but adds so much more. Using Flat Light’s three selectable modes; detune, resonate, and echo gives you a sonic palette ranging from chorusy pitch shifted delays to sci-fi reverbs. Detune mode is a shimmering pitch shift, resonate is a highly resonant multi-flange, and echo is a reverb-like delay. Each mode can be fine-tuned with the rate and depth knobs, while the shift knob controls a specific parameter that is determined by whichever mode you are on. If you’re a fan of modulation, and want to push the envelope, this one is for you.
