Description
It's all smiles for Surfy and the Surfy Industries Limited Edition The Beach Boys Pet Sounds 60th Anniversary SurfyBear Compact Reverb! Pet Sounds, the seminal psychedelic pop record from the Beach Boys, hits a diamond-studded sixty years in 2026. To commemorate such a monumental occasion, the gang over at Sweden's Surfy Industries introduces a loving tribute to a shared fixation of theirs and of the legendary record's: spring reverb.
The Surfy SurfyBear Compact reverb is an all-analog, fully-realized, modern spring reverb effect. This limited-edition version of the effect is a special re-run of the original "standard" SurfyBear Compact – now discontinued from the current Surfy Industries catalog. The spring-loaded spring reverb effect breathes bright, splashy, authentically analog reverbs into any signal just as Brian and the Boys did all those years ago with the contemporary effect units of their time. Surfy's limited-edition Beach Boys collaboration SurfyBear Compact effect's design is solely an aesthetic one as the pedal features the same great sound and control as the standard Surfy SurfyBear Compact.
Limited to a batch of 150 pieces worldwide, this sunny Pet Sounds model is a unique chance to get in on the legacy of the band's gold standard record. Pick up this once-in-a-lifetime SurfyBear and feel the good vibrations another sixty years on.
