Gibson ES-345 Electric Guitar w/Gold Hardware, Ebony, VOS

This Gibson ES-345 introduces a myriad of enhancements, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality, setting a new benchmark for 345-style guitars and honoring the original model that was the genesis of the ES-345's long legacy. 

This guitar features a body constructed from a combination of high-quality tonewoods, including a 3-ply Maple/Poplar/Maple configuration for the back and sides, and quarter-sawn Adirondack Spruce bracing to enhance the structural integrity and resonance of the guitar's maple top. Inside the body, a maple center block optimizes sustain and minimizes feedback. The perimeter of the body is wrapped with a multi-ply cream binding, a sleek aesthetic touch that accents the deep, ebony color found throughout the rest of the instrument.

The neck of this ES-345 boasts a rounded "C" profile, and a 12" radius fingerboard fashioned from Indian Rosewood, highlighted by its deep color and tight woodgrain. 22 medium jumbo frets divide the fingerboard, and in between them, acrylic Split Parallelogram inlays add a touch of classic appearance. A Graph Tech nut measures at 1.695', and the thicker end of the fingerboard measures 2.26", while the guitar offers a total scale length of 24.75".

The ES-345 is equipped with Gibson's specifically calibrated T-Type humbuckers, designed to deliver a wide range of tones, and controlled by a hand-wired assembly with Orange Drop caps. These pickups are made in-house by the Gibson, designed specifically to recreate the sound of a vintage 345 while offering a modern level of clarity and dynamic range.

This instrument is finished in a VOS gloss nitro lacquer from head to toe, and gold hardware accentuates its simple, but absolutely timeless design. It comes complete with a hardshell case for protection.
