Moving up, the maple neck is satin-finished and topped off with a rosewood fretboard for exceptional buttery smooth navigation up and down the neck. With a modern 'D' profile and 10"-14" compound radius, it ensures exceptional playability and comfort from chords to leads. The neck heel has been thoughtfully tapered and combined with a cutaway contour for unencumbered access to the higher frets.

The American Ultra Stratocaster employs state-of-the-art electronics to deliver a wide range of tones. An Ultra Double Tap Humbucker at the bridge provides a punchy, aggressive tone, while the Ultra Noiseless Hot Strat pickups at the neck and middle positions offer warmer, more classic Strat sounds without the 60 cycle hum.
