The Yamaha BB434 is extremely straightforward, and the electronics are easy-to-use. The pickups are a set of custom-wound YGD V5 Pickups (Alnico V), with a single-coil in the bridge and a split single-coil in the neck. The simple volume/volume/tone setup makes it easy to dial in how much of each pickup you need.
