With Vintera III, Fender has decided to expand that sentiment even further, dividing the decades up into 3 distinct classes so players can find their perfect fit.

The Vintera III Late '50s Stratocaster offers players a meticulously crafted vintage recreation of beloved specs and colors from the late 1950s with subtle modern twists to enhance playability and reliability. The Strat is constructed from a contoured double-cutaway alder body and is finished in a gloss Aztec Gold; a rare custom color that was inspired by automobiles of the time. It's alder body delivers solid punch, clarity, and resonation. The Strat sports an authentic late '50s "D" shaped chunky neck that is attached to the body by a 4-bolt vintage-style plate. The 1-piece maple neck features a 7.25-inch radius, maple fingerboard, and is crowned with 21 vintage tall frets for improved playability.

A 1-ply white pickguard is loaded with a set of the newly designed Vintage-Style Late '50s Single-Coil pickups to deliver the warm, bell-like tone that made the Stratocaster famous. Tones can be further explored with the 5-way pickup selector switch, 2 tone controls, and master volume.
