Yamaha's Acoustic Design technology appears with this alder to optimize sustain and resonance for a comfortable, highly musical body. From here, a Slim C-shaped maple neck enters the equation with a satin finish and a contoured neck heel and body bevel. These elements altogether coalesce for highly comfortable playing and high-register soloing.

Everything on this Pacifica elevates with the addition of three Reflectone pickups developed in partnership with Rupert Neve Designs. Across the electronics setup, two Reflectone single-coils and one Reflectone humbucker land for a masterful balance of kick, clarity, and articulation. This HSS configuration pairs with a five-way pickup selector and push/pull coil split control for expanding the tonal palette even further.
